Katha is a small team, and we answer every message ourselves. Whether it's a question about your membership, a charge you don't recognise, or something that isn't working the way it should, write to us and a person will read it.
The fastest way to reach us is email: team.covru@gmail.com. We reply within two business days, usually sooner. You can also simply reply to any email we've sent you — it reaches the same inbox.
Charges from Katha appear on your statement as KATHA MATRIMONIAL. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time from Settings. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further charges are made.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting removes your profile, photos, verification documents, and conversations, and cancels any active subscription so nothing further is charged.
For a copy of your data, a privacy question, or to report another member, email us and we'll take it from there. Reports are reviewed by a person, not a filter.
